Banners

Banners and ads are served via Google Ad Manager (Formerly Google Doubleclick). Acceptable file formats include images (gif, jpg, png), Campaign Manager Redirect URLS, HTML5 (zip file) and other third party ad serve code.

Below are banner sizes and max rates.

Advanced Tracking - Creating A Campaign Tracking Link

If you use google analytics to measure your traffic and its sources, we strongly encourage you to build a link for us to use. Our network of sites comprise of 50+ sites and one link will help combine all traffic. If you are not using google anaylitics, create an account at https://www.google.com/analytics.

Use the URL builder tool to generate your campaign URL(s), then copy and paste and provide to your advertisers (in this case us).

How the parameters work:
In any of these cases you can identify GolfTrips.com (or a site in our network as the source, you can also add the type like banners, features, etc.

utm_source: Identifies the advertiser, website or publication that is sending traffic to your website. e.g. September Email Newsletter,
utm_medium: The advertising or marketing medium, e.g email campaign, display advertising etc
utm_campaign: The individual campaign name, promotion or product
utm_term: Identify paid search keywords. If you're manually tagging paid keyword campaigns, you should also use utm_term to specify the keyword.
utm_content: Used to differentiate links within the same email. For example, set different values for each so link so you can tell which gets clicked on the most.

Stand Alone Emails

Creative Needed: subject line and either an 1) html file 2) image/url or 3) the components to build the emails (images, text, url). Width of the html or image should be 600 or 800 pixels wide for best email viewing.
